Tai Chi classes will resume in the Village Hall on Monday the 18th. January at 11.30 am.
Classes last one hour and suitable for all ages (adult). Support from Engage South East means that the cost is very modest at £3.
Lisa writes:-

It is never too early or too late to become your healthiest you. These exercises are simple, gentle, and progressive.
Although no-one escapes the changes that come with age, we can all take steps to make sure we stay strong, supple, healthy, mentally alert, and independent.
I would like to invite you to 'Village Tai Chi' to share with like-minded people in this centuries-old mind and body practice.
Learn how soft movements combined with mental focus, relaxation, and breathing gives more integrated control over our body and mind.
This is a beginners class so do drop in.  Or for more information see www.villagetaichi.co.uk or 'phone Lisa Sang o
