Hadlow Down Village Hall in association with the ENGAGE charity present

A five-year-old Indian boy gets lost on the streets of Calcutta, thousands of miles from home. He survives many challenges before being adopted by a couple in Australia. 25 years later, he sets out to find his lost family.

Saturday 8th. July 10.30 am - 12 noon
Hadlow Down Playing Field 
Booking is essential for all of our events. Please dress in sports / outdoor gear with suitable sports shoes. Equipment will be provided. Age range: 5 – 13 years, boys and girls. Accompanied by an adult /parent. Please note: All coaches will be appropriately qualified and insured. However, this event is undertaken entirely at your own risk and the HDPFA cannot accept any responsibility for loss or injury. Free - Limited Car Parking - please walk to the field if you can. Please bring your own sandwiches and drinks. Squash and Tea & Coffee will be available in the Pavilion. No cost. Limited wheelchair access – for spectators only. No disabled toilet facilities.

Rose Cottage and Hyders (Near the Village Hall) are participating in the Parish Open Gardens Day on
Saturday 1st July 2017
12 noon - 5.00pm.
Nine of the parish's private gardens will be open for viewing, ranging from the larger country houses to the smaller, more intimate gardens. Refreshments may be purchased in some of the larger gardens and some will also have plants and/or produce for sale.
Admission £5.00 per person by programme
Children under 16 Free (accompanied by an adult)
Tickets with details of the gardens and a map are now available. Please contact Jane Godfrey (732514), Valerie Banks (733799) or Ros Hawthorn (733770) to obtain your ticket(s) or further information. You can also buy a ticket on the day at the first garden you visit.

Thursday 20th July Calypso Cocktail Evening.  The Pop-Up restaurants (Part of the Hadlow Down Festival celebrations)   are held at the Pavilion Playing Field, School Lane, Hadlow Down, TN22 4JE  This is a fund-raising activity for our cricket roller.
