The Village Calendar is available to all groups, clubs, societies and institutions within our community to display dates and details of events and meetings.  To advertise your event simply email the details to webadmin@hadlowdown.com.   All groups are advised to check the Calendar when planning village events to make sure that an event has not already been planned for that day and time.  If we receive notice of more than one event taking place at the same time the one who advised us first will take precedence in any promotion notices etc. on the site.
